Undetectable AI Humanizer provides an AI-powered text rewriting tool designed to make AI-generated content sound more natural and human-like. The Service includes a free tier with character limits and a paid subscription tier ("AI-Plus") with expanded capabilities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service for lawful personal, educational, and professional purposes, including:

• Rewriting and editing your own written content
• Improving the readability or tone of text you have authored or are authorized to edit
• Content production for blogs, marketing, and professional communication
• Personal writing improvement and learning

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and any institutional policies that may apply to you.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or illegal
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models or technology
• Submit content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated means to access the Service at a volume that burdens our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user we determine is violating these terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Free tier: Available to all users without registration. Subject to character limits per submission as displayed on the Site.

AI-Plus subscription: Billed on a weekly or monthly basis as selected at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds: Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial charge. Contact us at [email protected] with your request.

Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

6. Intellectual property

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to text you submit to the tool and to the rewritten output returned to you. We claim no rights over your submitted or output content.

Our content: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Output text will pass any specific AI detector or achieve any specific score
• The Service is suitable for any particular purpose or use case

AI detection technology changes frequently. Results that pass detection today may not do so in the future as detectors update their models.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or academic or professional consequences resulting from your use of tool output.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
